In accordance with the Inter-Ministerial Meeting's decision (dated
20/09/2008) "No Launch (Inland Vessel) can be penalized 2nd time on the same
trip if it shows its 1st time penalty receipt".

On the occassion of the Holy Eid-ul-Azha the Director General Department of
Shipping is requesting all the Law Enforcement Agencies to hold their eyes not
to transport passengers on any engine driven boat in order to safe, sound and
accident free transportation of the passenger ships of the inland
waterways.
