Machine Readable Seafarer Identity Document (SID) Issue.
The Department of Shipping is issuing Machine Readable SID from its Head
Office, Dhaka.
All the seafarers are requested to submit their application to
Department of Shipping, 141-143, Motijheel C/A (8th Floor), Dhaka-1000.
Fees
for SID are as follows:
(1) Cadet/Officer - Tk. 700/-
(2) Ratings - Tk.
500/-
A Sample application form is attached herewith for you to submit the
application accordingly.
